As they expand their brand portfolio and market reach, they're seeking skilled professionals to drive their non-voice lead generation initiatives.Role Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Generator (Non-Voice) to join our team remotely.
This role is specifically designed for professionals with experience in interior design, architecture, construction, or related industries, who have a proven ability to identify, nurture, and qualify high-quality leads.
As a key member of a small, independent team, the ideal candidate will be highly self-directed, capable of delivering results with minimal supervision, and ready to hit the ground running from day one.Compensation & Schedule:20 hours per weekFlexible working hours, with an emphasis on meeting lead generation and reporting deadlinesScope of Work:Generate and qualify a consistent flow of leads to support sales targets and ensure the Senior Sales Representative has a robust pipeline.Identify opportunities for improving lead generation strategies and workflows.Contribute to the overall sales and marketing efforts by providing critical insights on lead behavior and market trends.Key Responsibilities:Lead Research & Identification:Use various online and offline methods, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to research and identify potential leads in target industries.Conduct detailed market research to understand industry trends and identify new opportunities.CRM Management:Maintain, track, and update leads in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and organization.Regularly clean and enhance the lead database for optimal use by the sales team.Outreach & Engagement:Design and execute direct email marketing campaigns to engage prospects.Qualify leads by evaluating their interest, needs, and fit for the company's offerings.Market Insights:Create and implement client or market surveys to gather insights and refine lead qualification criteria.Provide actionable recommendations based on research findings and market feedback.Collaborate closely with the Senior Sales Representative to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.Monitor, analyze, and report on lead generation metrics, highlighting opportunities for improvement.Requirements:Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B/B2C lead generation or a similar role, with a focus on interior design, architecture, construction, or related industries.Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other relevant lead generation tools.Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Knowledge of lead generation best practices and industry standards.A highly motivated and self-directed professional who can operate independently with minimal supervision.
