The role
We have an exciting new role for a Senior Program Manager to help shape the future of Crown Resorts.
At Crown Resorts, we are committed to providing our guests with a world-class experience.
This newly created role will be key in supporting the delivery of a number of complex and strategic projects to improve overall efficiency and guest experience.
You will also be responsible for:
Vendor Coordination: Oversee relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and project specifications.
Change Management: Drive change management efforts by communicating project goals, addressing resistance, and ensuring stakeholder buy-in.
Facilitate training and support to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational improvements and innovation within F&B and Hotels services.
Implement best practices and process enhancements to increase efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address potential challenges.
Performance Tracking: Monitor project progress, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
About you
This is a dynamic and varied role; we are looking for a commercially minded Program Manager who can effectively manage multiple workstreams.
Ideally, you would have a background in consulting and a passion for driving results.
You will be a natural communicator with the ability to convey the business mission and report to senior leaders.
You will also have:
Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline essential, i.e., minimum Bachelor Degree or higher preferred.
Experience as either Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, or PMO Lead/Manager.
Proven track record of managing complex transformation projects.
Demonstrated knowledge of governance within projects/programs/portfolios.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Solid understanding of hospitality operations, trends, and best practices.
Experience with change management and process improvement initiatives.
