A rare opportunity has now become available for a National Business Manager to join our team at Revlon on a 9 month maternity leave cover.
Reporting directly to the General Manager of Sales Australia, you will lead the sales team for Department Stores and eCommerce in Australia ensuring the growth and profitability of all Revlon brands and participating as a positive and effective senior leader within the organization.

You will also have 3 x direct reports; 1 x National Account Manager, 1 x National Field Sales & Education Manager and 1 x National Account Executive.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer and Channel Strategies : Set budget objectives and develop customer strategies to achieve KPIs.
Identify growth opportunities and optimize channel performance.
Commercial Accountability: Collaborate on sales plans, review forecasts, manage risks, and monitor profitability.
Handle key deadlines and influence eCommerce sales.
Customer Relationship Management: Build partnerships with retailers and develop joint business plans with major accounts.
Market Analysis: Continuously analyse the competitive environment to inform sales strategies.
Performance Monitoring: Provide insights during commercial reviews and adjust strategies as needed.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Leadership Role: Participate in business reviews and serve as a key member of the Sales Leadership Team.
Budget Management: Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
Control spending and prepare CAPEX budgets.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and collaborate with marketing to align sales strategies with brand objectives.
Collaboration: Work with various teams to align sales strategies with business goals and participate in cross-functional initiatives.
ABOUT YOU
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Technical Skills
Degree qualified in business, marketing or equivalent 10 years' experience in sales with a background in beauty and/or FMCG Experience in Department Stores & eCommerce highly desirable Personality Profile
Strategic leadership, strong relationship management and a deep understanding of the Australian beauty landscape Strong organisational and time management skills An ability to multi-task, prioritise and work to deadlines A desire to learn and be challenged A growth mindset to improve and make a difference A natural communicator and collaborator who builds relationships easily A sense of fun and collaboration to get the job done Proficient in Microsoft office Ready to make your mark in a dynamic, supportive and thriving workplace?
