The Role: As the Territory Manager, reporting directly to the National Sales Manager – Oceania, you'll play a crucial role in driving growth and building strong customer relationships.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Territory Expansion: Strategically manage and grow your assigned region by nurturing existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities in retail, special markets, and government accounts.Proactive Business Development: Identify new clients and practices within your territory by leveraging referrals, industry partnerships, and your professional network to showcase EMS products.Government and Education Partnerships: Establish and maintain robust relationships with government bodies and educational institutions, aligning on shared objectives and opportunities.Networking and Industry Engagement: Attend industry association meetings, dinners, study clubs, and seminars/webinars to stay informed and connected in the field.CRM Management: Keep detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company CRM, including calls, emails, visits, demonstrations, trials, training sessions, and sales.What We Offer: Competitive salary with car allowance and performance-based bonusesCollaborative and inclusive company culture that empowers you to perform at your best every dayThe opportunity to make a real impact in advancing oral health careJoin us and help shape the future of dental care
