FORSA, a leading electrical contractor renowned for delivering exceptional infrastructure solutions across diverse sectors, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Electrical.
This role will oversee and lead the planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects, ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities Drive Strategic Growth: Identify and lead high-impact projects aligned with FORSA's growth strategy.Leadership and Oversight: Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians to deliver high-voltage substation construction, lighting systems, solar panel installations, and comprehensive earthing solutions.Project Management: Oversee project scopes including complex electrical infrastructure, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.Client Relations: Maintain client relationships to uphold FORSA's reputation for excellence and reliability.HSEQ Compliance: Promote and uphold high safety standards and ensure compliance with FORSA's ISO 45001-certified practices.Operational Efficiency: Drive resource management, project scheduling, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimise project delivery.Empower Teams: Mentor and develop teams to enhance collaboration and leadership capabilities.Strategic Input: Collaborate with senior management for long-term strategic planning and expansion of the electrical services division.Requirements for Success Visionary Thinking: Lead with foresight and balance current operations with strategic, long-term planning.Effective Problem-Solving: Anticipate and address challenges to transform obstacles into opportunities.Commitment to Innovation: Integrate new technologies and best practices into project execution.Agility in Decision-Making: Maintain flexible processes to adapt to changing market conditions.Collaborative Approach: Build partnerships that enhance service delivery and drive growth.Ownership and Accountability: Promote initiative and responsibility across all levels of the organization.Your application will include the following questions:
