Roofing solutions provider to WA Builders in both residential & commercial sectors.
Small-Mid sized company with a focus on self-growth & development 24th September, 2024 My client who is based in the Northern suburbs of Perth are specialists in supplying and installing metal roofing solutions to WA Builders in both residential and commercial sectors. Working predominately in the Perth metro area but now currently expanding into the regional and mining sectors, they are looking to appoint an experienced Operations Manager to help take their business to the next level Your role as Operations Manager will see you responsible for all aspects of residential & commercial roofing projects from inception through to completion.
You will ensure that projects are completed on safely, on time, within budget and to a high-quality standard.

Other duties will include: Project Planning and coordination Budget Management Resource Management Quality Control Safety Compliance Client communication Team Leadership Documentation and reporting To be successful in this role you will ideally come from the Building & Construction industry in your prior employment, be a natural leader with a flare for exceptional communication with both internal staff, suppliers and customers.
Other skills and abilities required: Demonstrated understanding of relevant laws and regulations for control of noise, dust and other environmental hazards Demonstrated knowledge of residential building codes, regulations and industry standards Current Driver's License This company prides themselves on the way they look after their staff They are very pro-active in self-development and self-growth, promoting various courses and framework to better yourselves within not only the industry but everyday life.
