As an accomplished sales professional, you will create andimplement strategies to drive business growth, build and maintain strong clientrelationships, and collaborate with partners and alliances.
Your role willinvolve understanding client needs in the Public Sector and translating theminto Avanade solutions.

· A strong understanding of WAgovernment budget processes, technology strategy and policies.
· Proven track record of sellinglarge-scale consulting engagements in WA State Government clients
· Experienced in the nuances ofinteracting with State Government clients and inter Department engagement
· Highly organized with strong timemanagement and coordination skills
· Resilience in dealing with multiplestakeholders across a large region
· A natural leader defined by theirknowledge and experience
· Collaborative and able to navigatemultiple cultures and styles
· Problem-solving mindset
· Mature interpersonal and persuasionskills

What you'll do · Originate, qualify, negotiate, andclose deals for Avanade products and services
· Activate sales strategy in chosenAccounts or Territories to grow the Public Sector business
· Coordinate with teams to achievesales and revenue impact
· Bring necessary support throughbusiness tools and requirements
· Work closely with BusinessDevelopment professionals, Regional Sales Management, and Sales Leadership
· Collaborate with Avanade ClientAccount Leads (ACAL), Regional Marketing teams, Finance, Legal, Sales Operations,Alliance teams, and counterparts in Accenture and Microsoft
