Qualifications & experience One year of sales experience in the oil and grease industry or more than a year in other industries, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills, demonstrating the ability to connect with clients and present solutions effectively. Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction while driving sales outcomes. Strong ability to maintain and nurture customer relationships. Previous experience in business development. Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients. Ability to increase sales and consistently meet or exceed KPIs. Proven track record of conducting daily prospect visits and successfully converting them into customers. Tasks & responsibilities Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities. Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories. Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections. Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations. Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product presentations. Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that quotas are being met and company standards are being upheld. Generate and manage sales leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
