Working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.Enjoy the flexibility of this hybrid role working out of one of our many branches across Australia with the ability to have select days working from home.Your key responsibilities will include:Overall accountability for ensuring stock inaccuracies are identified and rectified, assets are released for sale as quickly as possible, and unfair ware & Tear (UFWT) is accurately recorded and managed nationwideMonitor stock levels to identify potential issues with assets and find suitable resolutionsCreate and oversee a range of stock management procedures nationallyAssists team members with their responsibilities regarding stock managementEnsure the business works in line with forecast budgets to meet budget requirementsABOUT YOUTo be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:Previous experience leading a high performing teamStrong adaptability which can be applied across a range of problemsA thorough understanding of stock control or stock management within a retail environmentHighly skilled in working and building collaborative and effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholdersHigh level understanding of all relevant Pickles Group procedures, the Pickles Auction Systems (PAS), the auction process and associated legal requirementsHigh level understanding of assets sold by PicklesAbility to meet strict deadlinesWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOUEmployee Benefits – Earn up to 5 days' extra leave and enjoy sharing in the company bonus program after a qualifying period, free on-site parking and moreTraining & Development – On the job training to make you an expert in your area, internal career pathing opportunities, and study assistance options to help you complete a course or qualification.Community & Wellbeing – Pickles proudly support local events and charities, enjoy paid volunteer leave and access our employee assistance program for you and your family.Reward & Recognition – Cash vouchers & recognition awards for doing great work and celebration of long service.ABOUT PICKLESWe're a service company striving to provide a consistent world-class experience and advice for our customers.
