Your role as a General Manager Marketing will include:
Leadership: Lead a team of direct reports, providing guidance and support for their development and performance.
Strategy and Planning: Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and other key stakeholders to develop and oversee execution of the quarterly marketing program.
Strategic Marketing Programs: Develop key marketing strategies and promotional programs to elevate Gold Corporation's brand reputation and drive sales.
Brand Ownership: Develop brand strategy aimed at strengthening Gold Corporation's brand and position across all key markets.
Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and foster positive relationships and partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Customer Analysis and Reporting: Oversee the analysis and reporting of customer behaviour, metrics and insights.
Website Content and UX: Ensure website content is effectively managed including the planning of content and user experience.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget in partnership with Finance and stakeholders.
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
Extensive experience in a marketing based strategic leadership role.
International marketing experience is extremely desirable.
