Their sales team plays a critical role in growing the brand, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth.They are currently seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our dynamic team, foster relationships with key partners and distributors, and spearhead strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets.Key Responsibilities include:Lead and manage a team of two sales representatives and one in-store tasting specialist.Set and monitor Key Performance Areas (KPAs) for the team.Evaluate monthly sales performance and provide actionable feedback.Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive sales growth.Identify new business opportunities.Build and nurture strong relationships with distributors.Conduct quarterly sales reviews and adjust strategies accordingly.Set realistic sales targets in collaboration with distributors.Explore new opportunities to expand distribution channels.Oversee and manage key accounts, including Woolworths, IGA, and ALDI.Maintain and strengthen relationships with key retail partners.Actively participate in sales and marketing events.Represent Puopolo at trade shows and exhibitions throughout the year.Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager on joint projects.Undertake interstate travel as required.To be considered for this great opportunity:The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
