Customer Support Administrator

The Opportunity: As a Customer Support Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for all internal and external customer inquiries relating to Komatsu parts sales, orders, and deliveries.
The successful candidate will be working in a team of 10 experienced Customer Support Administrators to support approximately 38 branches across Australia.
For this role, we require someone onsite 5 days per week with the flexibility to work on the occasional public holiday.
