Reporting to the Education Support Lead, the Education Support Administrator, you will manage the processing of applications and issuing outcomes for various RACGP assessments, including General Practice Experience (GPE) and Specialist Pathways.
You will collaborate with key stakeholders, support continuous improvement efforts, and assist with training new team members.As our Education Support Administrator, you'll also: Process applications and issue outcomes for GPE, Specialist Pathway, and PESCI assessments using RACGP software and templates.Communicate with members and staff to address queries and provide accurate information within set timeframes.Collaborate on process improvements and support key projects, including pathway redevelopment.Assist in training new team members and maintain up-to-date process documentation.Skills & Experience Proven experience in high-quality customer service deliveryStrong data entry skills with accuracy and attention to detailAbility to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectivelyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalWhy Join Us?
