Oshc Area Manager

Anila Recruitment is a specialist talent agency in Outside School Hours Care (OSHC), Early Years Education, and Community Services.
We partner with reputable Not-for-Profit (NFP) and purpose-driven organisations in the sector.
We are currently representing a national OSHC provider to recruit for an Area Manager to lead 13 of their OSHC services across Northern Sydney and the Eastern Suburbs.
About the role:
Full time permanent position - 38 Hours Per Week Lead a team of Service Leaders in OSHC as their direct report You will be an escalation point for service-related matters This is a Nominated Supervisor and Educational Leader position You will oversee the delivery of the service program across the services Conduct fortnightly visits to your services Establish positive relationships with the families and community You will work remotely and autonomously from home and from the services you lead Report directly to the Operations Manager of OSHC You will lead the quality and compliance You will be the Nominated Supervisor for all sites

About you:
Leadership experience working Outside School Hours or in the Early Years Sector (service level and area management will be considered) Problem solving and strong management experience Understanding of the My Time Our Place Learning Framework Understanding of the NQF AND NQS Confidence in managing large service operations Experience leading a high-quality program Willing to mentor and establish development strategies for educators when required Desirable – Qualification in Children or Community Services Anila Recruitment are specialist recruiters on a mission to change the face of recruitment in the OSHC and Early Years Sector.
