Childcare & Outside School Hours Care (Education & Training) Anila Recruitment is a specialist talent agency in Outside School Hours Care (OSHC), Early Years Education and Community Services.
We partner with reputable Not-for-Profit (NFP) and purpose-driven organisations in the sector.
We are currently representing a national OSHC provider to recruit for an Area Manager to lead 13 of their OSHC services across Northern Sydney and the Eastern Suburbs.
We are interested in speaking to candidates with relevant experience as an Area Manager or experienced Service Leader in Early Years or OSHC.
About the role:Full time permanent position - 38 Hours Per WeekLead a team of Service Leaders in OSHC as their direct reportYou will be an escalation point for service-related mattersThis is a Nominated Supervisor and Educational Leader positionYou will oversee the delivery of the service program across the servicesConduct fortnightly visits to your servicesEstablish positive relationships with the families and communityYou will work remotely and autonomously from home and from the services you leadReport directly to the Operations Manager of OSHCYou will lead the quality and complianceYou will be the Nominated Supervisor for all sitesCompany benefits:Paid training and development opportunitiesYou will work for a national organisation where career development is celebratedPaid well-being days once a quarter - a day off a quarterBirthday LeaveFun company eventsAbout you:Leadership experience working Outside School Hours or in the Early Years Sector (service level and area management will be considered)Problem solving and strong management experienceUnderstanding of the My Time Our Place Learning FrameworkUnderstanding of the NQF and NQSConfidence in managing large service operationsExperience leading a high-quality programWilling to mentor and establish development strategies for educators when requiredDesirable – Qualification in Children or Community ServicesAnila Recruitment are specialist recruiters on a mission to change the face of recruitment in the OSHC and Early Years Sector.
