Your Adventure AheadLead marketing initiatives end to end for ShopBack Financial Services Australia - including but not limited to: Calendar planning, campaign planning and execution, design of promotional materials and content etc.Conceptualize and execute co-branded retail campaigns targeted at increasing brand awareness, acquiring new users, and engaging existing users in Australia through effective use of both online and offline channels.Manage marketing budgets with clear evaluation on ROI. Track and evaluate performance of campaigns and initiatives by analyzing relevant data and metrics.Build and execute go to market plans for new features and products with project management across teams to ensure timely achievement of deliverables.Stakeholder management across local and global teams (commercial, marketing, product, graphic design, CRM, performance marketing etc.) to ensure cross business unit alignment.Identify key external partnership opportunities to grow ShopBack payment partners in Australia. Stay abreast of key industry trends and the use of data to formulate and make recommendations on new revenue opportunities in order to develop a strong culture of rapid experimentation.Essentials to SucceedAt least 5 years relevant experience in partnerships/marketing/business building experience, preferably within payments/platform marketing, offline and/or e-Commerce environment.A self-starter, independent, resourceful, creative and result-oriented individual who thrives in a fast pace and high achieving environment.Demonstrated ability to map out partnership and/or marketing strategy with proven success in key metrics.Strong analytical abilities with the ability to drive data backed decisions translate hypothesis/strategies into actionable insights.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present opportunities and insights clearly and effectively.Experience working with merchants and brands is a plus.
