Based in our corporate offices overlooking the stunning Sydney property, you'll be a key support for a diverse range of stakeholders, partnering with various business units including hospitality, gaming, property services, corporate and support services across a broad range of HR matters.This is a high-volume, operational role that will give you significant insights and exposure within Australia's leading and most luxurious integrated resort.
You'll work closely alongside Crown Sydney's GM of P&C and will be an integral piece of Crown's evolution and transformation, helping us to drive business strategies, initiatives and programs forward, enhancing employee journeys and creating elevated experiences for our people.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Coordinating the implementation of talent management and succession planning programs and activitiesSupporting managers to actively manage the employee life-cycle, conduct and sub-standard performanceAdvising and managing ER matters across the business, including IR and the application of the property Enterprise AgreementsLeading case management of grievances and investigations in departmentsCollaborating with stakeholders to develop plans and initiatives to improve the employee experience and employment journey including employee development and career progressionPartnering with Senior Managers to implement and support the deployment of change management initiativesAbout youSignificant experience as a HR or P&C Advisor with a workforce of 500+In depth knowledge of employment policies and Fair Work legislationStrong capability in managing competing priorities and confidential matters with professionalismExcellent skills and strategies relating to conflict and change managementProven ability to build and maintain genuine and constructive relationships with all levels of stakeholdersQualifications in HR course or degree is highly desirableCertificate IV Training and Assessment would be advantageous but not essentialWhat we offer you:Permanent, full-time opportunity, based in Crown's corporate office in BarangarooComplimentary meals at our on-site staff restaurantGenerous discounts across Crown hotels and restaurantsOpportunity to be part of a high-performing P&C team at Crown ResortsAccess to discounts with various corporate partners across insurance, health & wellbeing, fashion, banking & finance, technology and more#J-18808-Ljbffr
