This is a key office support role for a fast-moving, exciting, and rapidly growing crypto business.You will play a key role in the seamless functioning of the office operations, being the backbone of all office coordination and management, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of their day-to-day activities.
The role covers a broad range of duties from general administrative support, office supply management, office event coordination, and generally keeping the office operations running well.Key Responsibilities:General Office Support: Lead day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to managing correspondence, organizing files, and handling inquiries.Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transportation, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for the Executives.Office Management: Maintain office cleanliness and organization, including stocking supplies, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring a great working environment.Financial Administration: Assist the Office Manager with basic accounting tasks, such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and reconciliation.Team Support: Act as a supportive resource for all Executives assisting with ad-hoc tasks and fostering a collaborative work culture.Requirements:Proven experience in hands-on office management and coordination, preferably in a fast-paced and growing environment.
Crypto, fintech, or related experience will be highly regarded.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Able to think quickly and act proactively.Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving work environment and willingness to take on new challenges.We seek a motivated individual with a hands-on mindset who can demonstrate a proactive approach and a demonstrated ability to integrate these essential functions within this start-up and growing business.
