As the State Manager for Victoria/Tasmania, you'll play a critical role in shaping and directing ARB's operations in the region.
You will work alongside a dedicated team and contribute to the company's ongoing success while having a significant impact on ARB's development and growth.
The Role:The ARB State Manager for Victoria and Tasmania is responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and profitable management of ARB's sales and distribution operations across the region.
This role involves ensuring compliance with safety standards, fostering team development, enhancing customer service, and maintaining brand consistency.
You will lead the opening of new stores, maximize sales and profit, and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including ARB's corporate and private stores, stockists, resellers, dealers, and fleet customers.
Key Responsibilities: Safety Leadership: Cultivate a strong safety culture across all state operations, ensuring safety compliance is met in all ARB locations.Quality Management: Drive a focus on high-quality experiences, ensuring exceptional customer interactions and workmanship at all touchpoints.Customer Focus: Lead customer service initiatives to deliver outstanding experiences and maintain strong relationships with retail, fleet, and dealer customers.Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor the ARB team to foster growth, engagement, and high performance.Sales & Profitability: Implement the strategic sales plan to drive sales growth and profitability within the region, exceeding targets.New Store Development: Oversee the development and launch of new corporate and private stores in alignment with the property plan.Key Account Management: Support and drive key account relationships, ensuring sustainable growth across all product categories.Brand Representation: Represent ARB at key industry events, trade shows, and public engagements, aligning with ARB's core values.Required Skills, Behaviours, and Capabilities:To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who thrives in identifying opportunities and developing teams to achieve them.
