They have a fully integrated end-to-end business model that includes sea and air freight, import and export wharf transportation, customs, and warehousing solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Prepare and deliver formal proposals and value offerings to clients.Facilitate client growth by establishing and achieving KPI agreements.Meet with allocated clients on a regular basis.Identify opportunities with compelling value propositions.Address client queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.Engage Sales team for new sales/cross-selling opportunities.Maintain rate schedule.ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE Previous/current experience as an International Freight Key Account Manager.Proven stable career history.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel).Strategic thinking and planning abilities.Team player with strong collaborative skills.PERKS OF THE JOB Flexible Office Locations.Hybrid WFH (3 days in the office).Create long-standing customer relationships & network.Represent a well-known successful brand.Continued and ongoing training and development program.IF YOU HAVE THE ABOVE EXPERIENCE AND LIKE WHAT YOU HAVE READ - APPLY NOW
