The Role:
As the OSHC Director, you'll bring your expertise to oversee an Outside School Hours Care (OSHC / OOSH) service.
With autonomy, you'll have the freedom to create meaningful change, supported by a collaborative school and community that values your leadership.

Whether you're an experienced leader ready for a new challenge or an Assistant Director looking to step into a higher level role, this position offers the chance to grow, inspire, and make a lasting impact.

About the Role:
As the Director , you'll take the reins of this connected community service, delivering quality, child-focused programs that align with the My Time, Our Place (MTOP) framework and the National Quality Framework (NQF) .

Guide your team to create dynamic, inclusive environments where children's agency, wellbeing, and creativity are prioritised.
Manage day-to-day operations, staffing, and programming with the trust and flexibility to make impactful decisions.
Work block shifts in an OSHC setting: Enjoy flexibility while staying connected with children, families, and your team.
Support the development and oversee innovative programs that reflect the values of community, creativity, and exploration, fostering holistic child development.
Blend operational leadership with strategy, driving continuous reflection and quality improvement across the service.
Build strong relationships with families, school partners, and the wider community to ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment.
About You:
You're a leader who thrives on making connections, driving change, and inspiring teams.
Whether you've been managing a service, leading as an Assistant Director, or guiding others in the education and care space, this is your chance to step into a role where your ideas and expertise will be truly valued.

You bring experience leading in education and care, ideally in OSHC or a related space, with a strong foundation of knowledge around the profession.
You understand how to foster children's curiosity and agency.
Skilled in building trust with families, educators, and the community, you know how to create inclusive environments that everyone feels a part of.
Confident in making decisions, managing challenges, and guiding a team, you're ready to lead with autonomy while keeping the big picture in mind.
Relevant qualification to the position.
Child Safeguarding:
Looking for an individual that will understand, adhere to, and promote The National Principles for Child Safe Organisations (the Child Safe Standards ).
In your position, you will help to take action to promote child wellbeing and prevent harm to children and young people.

A NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain.
Thorough screening.
Reference checks.
A national criminal history check.
