Sales Manager / Representative / BDM - Stone IndustrySalary: $120,000 + Super + Vehicle (high value company vehicle) + Individual and team commission structure.

Our client's product is the ghost of quality, does not bow, dark colours do not fade and are a renowned Quality supplier of Zero Silica and porcelain slabs.Position Overview:As a Sales Account Manager / Representative / Business Development Manager, you will be pivotal in driving sales growth for stone products.
Your responsibilities will encompass generating leads, managing customer relationships, and closing sales to meet and exceed business growth targets.
A solid understanding of stone materials and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service are essential for success in this role.Key Responsibilities:Sales Generation:Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and industry events.Present and demonstrate stone products to clients, highlighting their benefits and applications.Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.Client Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, offering product knowledge and technical support.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by managing expectations and addressing concerns promptly.Follow up on inquiries, provide quotations, and ensure timely delivery of products.Market Research & Lead Generation:Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments in the stone industry.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.Prepare detailed reports on customer interactions, sales activities, and potential opportunities.Product Knowledge:Maintain in-depth knowledge of all stone products, including material types, finishes, and industry applications.Understand specifications and uses of stone materials for construction, renovation, and design projects.Sales Reporting:Track sales performance, including lead generation, conversion rates, and customer feedback.Provide regular updates to the Sales Director on sales activities and market conditions.Requirements:Experience:Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the stone industry.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Skills:Strong communication and negotiation skills.Excellent presentation skills, capable of explaining technical products to non-technical customers.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Good understanding of the construction and design industries, focusing on stone products.Qualifications:Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.Benefits:Competitive base salary with performance-based commission.Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.Travel allowances and fully maintained vehicle.If you are an ambitious sales professional with a passion for the stone industry and a desire to drive business growth, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
