Add expected salary to your profile for insights.Lead business systems and make a difference to a growing organisation supporting quality healthcare.SACC operates ambulatory & urgent care, telehealth, and a range of primary care services in Melbourne's south east.We're looking for a key member of our team to manage business systems and support services across our organisation.This role will take responsibility for key business functions, including financial deliverables, budget control, reporting requirements, project management as well as supporting our rostering and business support teams.The business manager will ensure the day-to-day operational function of the business, supported by a fantastic group of committed individuals.You'll be a keen leader that is hands-on and practical, covering leave and being an essential part of your team's roster.The role is part-time, 4 days per week.You'll ideally have:Demonstrated experience in healthcare management or business management in a related industry, with 3 years of industry experience in a senior role.Ability to manage budgets and financial performance.Fantastic relationship and stakeholder management skills.A proactive, professional, and team-focused approach to influence effective outcomes.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with a track record of driving operational improvements.Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and services.SACC offers many benefits that assist with work-life balance, which include:Flexible hours.Being part of a fantastic team.Salary packaging available for part-time & full-time employees.A condition of employment is a current Working with Children's Check and Police Check.
