We're in an incredible high growth phase and need an enthusiastic and proven performer to help us build, train, and motivate a sales team to help continue our growth.

Our business helps our clients buy quality investment properties in a systematic and repeatable way.
We generate ample inbound leads, have a proven sales process honed over years of practice, and have a loyal repeat customer base.

Our sales process has been revolutionised over Covid, being 100% over the phone and Internet, meaning fabulous working conditions for you and your team.

About You
You are a relationship builder, and have built a career around high performing, ethical Property Investment sales consultants who would gladly work for you again.

You are looking for a forward-thinking management team that will empower you and your team to achieve exceptional results, through enabling you to be authentic, not a carbon copy of someone else.

You want to work with autonomy and be treated like an adult in every way - from your working hours through to your methodology.

The Role
You will be responsible for the recruitment, training, motivation, and management of your sales team (no less than 5 to begin with).
They will work within a proven sales process on low volume, high transaction value property sales to consumers.

The business will be able to provide them with ample warm, inbound leads.

You will work with the Managing Director and collaborate with others across the business including the Marketing Manager and Operations Manager, as well as external stakeholders and service providers.

Responsibilities:
To hire a team of ethical, talented, and motivated sales professionals that fit within the CW culture.
Train, motivate and manage the talented sales professionals to achieve monthly sales targets.
To work within the proven sales system already established and innovate where appropriate.
To work with the Marketing Manager to constantly refine the marketing process.
To work with developers, builders, aggregators, and agents to source suitable property options for clients in a range of markets and at a range of price points.
To ensure compliance legislation and paperwork is dealt with in every conversation and with every client.
As the successful candidate, you will have the following:
5+ years experience in Sales Management in a client-focused, B2C Property Investment Sales role.
Outstanding contacts in the ranks of suitable sales professionals.
Able to work within a proven, disciplined sales process.
A proven, outstanding manager.
Tech-savvy, and able to learn, use, and implement multiple different sales management and sales facilitation systems.
Excellent communication and business partnering skills.
Critical thinker with attention to detail.
Self-starter who is proactive and ambitious.
