Senior Account Manager

As a crucial member of the sales team, the Senior Account Manager's main responsibility is in supporting the sales team to manage and develop client relationships both pre and post sales through the selling of our online market research solutions; providing pricing, feasibility, and consultation for key clients.You will be the master of Dynata's solutions and pricing, and how to apply these to satisfy client needs and fulfill project requirements. Your primary responsibility is to ensure outstanding customer results in their day-to-day project-level needs. Moving beyond responsiveness and building relationships, anticipating client needs, and constantly seeking to find creative solutions.ResponsibilitiesThese include the following, other duties may be assigned at the discretion of management in the context of the role:Support Account Directors in all admin aspects of sales and marketingPrepare proposals across all product sets including feasibility and pricing, deliver quotes to clientsDevelop knowledge of online research and fieldwork techniquesManage small client projectsIdentify and implement new or improved internal procedures and processesLiaise closely with the Operations department to assist with the effective delivery of projectsUndertake administrative tasksEnsure sales & financial reporting and analysis are both accurate and up-to-dateDatabase management via the CRM systemProvide assistance to interstate sales teams on an ad-hoc basisRequirementsMinimum three years of relevant experience ideally within a sales/consulting environmentMarket Research industry experience or exposure highly regarded but not necessaryExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong numeric abilityStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage your time effectivelyAttention to detailAbility to communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholdersAn understanding of market research communications or experience working within market researchProficient on Microsoft OfficeAbility to learn new technology and systemsAdditionalAt Dynata, we are dedicated to attracting, retaining and developing our people regardless of ethnicity, gender, identity, disability and age.
