The Role As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and growing relationships with mid-tier and large accounting partners.
Your primary focus will be to assist these partners in executing effective digital strategies, helping them migrate their clients to a leading platform in the industry.
This dynamic, field-based role requires strong relationship-building, strategic planning, and ongoing partner support to achieve measurable results.
Key responsibilities include: Managing and growing sales relationships with accounting partners.
Driving partner engagement to meet customer acquisition and retention targets.
Developing and implementing project plans to support client migrations to the platform.
Hosting partner events, webinars, and training sessions to drive adoption.
Regularly engaging with partners to provide guidance and foster long-term collaboration.
Maintaining data integrity and insights in Salesforce for effective territory management.
About You You bring a passion for the online accounting and FinTech space, paired with a results-driven mindset.
With a natural ability to build rapport, you'll confidently drive partner success while maintaining a strategic focus on growth opportunities.
To thrive in this role, you will possess: Proven experience in a sales, account management, or client relationship role.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with enthusiasm for building strong partnerships.
Initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.
A process-driven mindset with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
