Our 5-star fine dining establishment is renowned for its modern take on Pan Asian Cuisine using the highest quality ingredients and freshest local produce.Chu Restaurant by China Doll at West HQ, Rooty Hill, was the winner of the best Asian Restaurant of the Year at the 2023 NSW Restaurant and Catering Australia Awards for Excellence.Who's right for the job?We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Sous Chef with previous experience as a senior chef within a high volume, quality-focused restaurant.
You will be hands-on with the ability to manage, inspire, and motivate your team whilst liaising with a wide range of stakeholders including senior level management.
