We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Senior Manager to oversee the operational aspects of our data program.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing reporting obligations, tracking the status of work, handling resourcing requirements, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring effective program delivery through various operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting Management: Oversee and manage all reporting obligations, ensuring timely and accurate submission of reports.
Work Status Reporting: Regularly update and report the status of ongoing work to relevant stakeholders.
Resource Management: Assess and manage resourcing requirements to ensure the program is adequately staffed and resources are optimally utilized.
Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage schedules to ensure smooth operation and timely completion of tasks.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure their requirements are met.
Issue and Incident Reporting: Identify, report, and manage issues and incidents to ensure they are resolved promptly and effectively.
Workforce Management: Oversee workforce management to ensure team members are effectively utilized and supported.
Operational Cadence: Establish and maintain a regular cadence for operational activities to ensure consistent progress and delivery.
Program Support: Perform various tasks necessary to support the effective delivery of the data program.
What do I need?
The successful candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations management, preferably within a data program or similar environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with data programs or projects.
