THE COMPANY YOU WOULD BE JOININGThis global medical device organisation is a company which looks to the needs of healthcare workers and the patients they serve.This is based on their mission to help them deliver better products to make life more rewarding and dignified for those who use their products.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOUSuccessful product portfolio, quality products for best patient outcomes.Global company who value their employees like no other, fantastic culture.Excellent remuneration.Autonomous opportunity, no micro-management.You will encourage your team to give open, honest and candid feedback that adds value to the business and will be encouraged to share any feedback you have with your manager; certainly, you will have a big seat at the management table, reporting directly to the MDWHAT YOU WILL LEAD AND GROWThis Senior Sales Leader position will be responsible for achieving sales and market share objectives across all ANZ regions.The role will develop a culture of performance and winning mindset within the team, delivering consistent high-quality sales execution to drive growth across the business.The position will implement business strategies and tactics in close collaboration with the ANZ marketing team, customer service and finance.You will achieve and exceed annual targets for sales revenue and be responsible for maintaining expense budgets.You will lead a team of 2 sales managers and 4 territory managers across ANZ and develop a best-in-class sales team by co-traveling, assessing, coaching and ensuring collective and individual sales training, driving improvement in call quality and by implementing best practices for region/territory planning.You will drive adoption and performance of KPIs within CRM (Salesforce) and design sales objectives and incentives; analyse sales results for each region/territory and initiate corrective actions.You will provide effective coaching and feedback and identify and support the development & succession planning process.You will provide frequent business updates (including sales performance review and KPI's) to senior leadership team and lead the preparation and presentation of business reviews.You will continually update your knowledge related to customers and their needs, competitors, payers, and local government & regulatory bodies and work with global sales excellence to maintain up to date sales excellence practices.WHAT EXPERIENCE & SKILLS WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB?Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related area preferred.Spend a minimum of 5 days in field per month with sales managers & territory managers across ANZ.Demonstrated sales leader coaching and development, (5+ years managing managers), building high performance sales teams, driving sales excellence discipline within teams, in the pharmaceutical or medical device industries (med device preferred).Proven strategic and analytic capabilities, including translating market data to recommendations to action.Financial acumen consistent with a senior sales role understanding trends and assessing business health.Ability to use CRM tools to plan and target customers (Salesforce.Com highly desirable).INTERESTED?Please 'apply now' quoting reference number 3678 or call Nicole Villanueva on .
