Veolia ANZ is seeking a customer-centric HR Coordinator to join our People & Safety team on a permanent full-time basis.
Reporting to the HR Services Team Leader, you will join our team of HR Coordinators in providing timely and effective administrative support to our business, including Employees, Managers & HR Partners.
As part of the Centre of Excellence model, this role plays a vital role in ensuring smooth HR operations by delivering high-quality service and maintaining effective communication with key stakeholders, fostering strong relationships with the broader HR community and contributing to a positive employee experience within the organisation.
This role is ideal for a candidate who is a critical thinker with a passion for providing customer satisfaction, has a high level of attention to detail, and a proven ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
What's on offerSkill Enhancement: Master HR systems and improve problem-solving skillsCareer Growth: Diverse HR experience from onboarding to employee changesSupportive Team: Collaborative environment with ongoing learning opportunities.Eligibility for a yearly discretionary bonusContribute toward creating a sustainable future through your workWhat you'll be responsible forAct as the primary point of contact for general HR administration, providing exceptional customer service through efficient evaluation, resolution, or escalation of all inquiries and requests.Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documents and employee files, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping.Collaborate with the functional HR teams to coordinate and ensure the efficient management of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, position management, service recognition, employee payroll, and other HR-related inquiries.Facilitate the accurate and timely delivery of relevant letters, documentation or communications related to transactional processes as required.Collaborate closely with HR and Payroll Teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy within the systems, fostering a cohesive and reliable HR information management process.Accurately input and maintain employee data in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), following established procedures to ensure data integrity.What you'll need to be successfulSolid working experience with meeting KPI's in a customer service environmentDemonstrated ability in time management and prioritisationEffective communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to learn and pick up new information quickly, particularly technology and softwareStrong attention to detailDemonstrated critical thinking and decision-making abilityBackground in end-to-end HR is desirableKnowledge of SuccessFactors is highly desirable for this roleAll of our employees are entitled to:
