We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Director of OEM Sales to join our team and make a substantial impact on our revenue goals as a late stage pre-IPO global cybersecurity company.
As part of our Global OEM team, you will report to the VP of Global OEM Sales and have the opportunity to work independently, creating and driving OEM partnerships with top-tier technology companies such as Cisco, HPE, IBM, and Palo Alto Networks.This is not just a job - it's a chance to be part of something extraordinary.
You will have the drive and energy to hunt for new accounts and present a compelling value proposition to forge OEM partnerships.
Your focus will be on cutting-edge areas such as endpoint security, file sanitization, cloud/email security, and sandbox solutions.
This is an exceptional opportunity to use your technical knowledge and sales acumen while working with a world-class organization and serve an impressive array of industry leaders as your clients.
This is your chance to leverage your MBA experience, and explore new technologies and business models.You must live in San Francisco OR Tampa, FL with the ability to be in office every day.What You Will be DoingYou have the drive and energy to study target accounts and present a well-articulated value proposition to forge OEM partnerships.Focus on endpoint security controls (compliance, vulnerability and patch), file sanitization (Deep CDR) and Sandbox (Filescan).Identify and secure opportunities with other technology OEMs such as SSE/SASE operators, RMMS, cloud/email service providers, MSPs, Telcos, and more.What We Need From YouRecent MBA or JD graduate (within 5 years) or 5-7 years software OEM sales experience in the IT industry with strong preference working with security, cloud and endpoint solution providers.A track record of generating revenue from new business efforts and managing large revenue targets exceeding 1M.Capability and drive to generate leads organically through research and outreach.Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field.Self-starter with the ability to manage several projects in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated technical aptitude in cybersecurity.Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.Previous success in reaching/exceeding sales goals with focus on new logos.Very organized leader with ability to posit value propositions to win business.Why You Will Love Working at OPSWATWe offer a competitive compensation based on 50/50 split between base salary and commission with accelerators, a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, generous PTO, 401K matching, and much moreOPSWAT is an equal opportunity employer.
