With a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering trading technology directly to clients and via our network of strategic partners, we are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to join our team to drive a culture of high performance and efficiency from our APAC sales team based in Melbourne. You will manage a team of 3 sales executives and also work cross functionally across all facets of the application and onboarding process to drive efficiency gains in our sales conversion efforts.The Company is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia and has support offices in the UK, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Guatemala, and Bahamas.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement the overall sales strategy to achieve business goals and growth targets.Drive revenue growth by expanding client base and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.Analyse market trends to identify new business opportunities and optimize the sales process.Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance.Set KPIs and performance targets for the sales team, ensuring these are met consistently.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to enhance client acquisition and retention.Ensure exceptional client experience by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Identify and pursue new opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and market expansion.Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, detailing performance metrics, client feedback, and market insights.Conduct regular training sessions to upskill the team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market developments.Use data-driven insights to improve the sales process and strategies.Ensure sales practices comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Monitor market and industry trends to anticipate and mitigate potential risks.Who are you?7+ years of sales experience in financial services, ideally within Forex, CFDs, or trading platforms, with at least 3 years in a senior sales leadership role.Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams.Deep understanding of the financial markets, online trading, and client acquisition strategies.Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and clients.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to sales performance and market insights.Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).Why Eightcap?Ongoing investment in your career development.Wellness and lifestyle perks like monthly corporate massages.Parental leave.Staff referral bonus program.Employee-purchased leave.Perkbox reward and recognition.Study assistance.Dogs in the office.Annual flu vaccinations.Complimentary fruit and snacks.Multicultural environment.A dynamic and collaborative team culture.Great CBD location with easy access to public transport.Regular social activities.Are you interested in this opportunity but don't meet every requirement?
