There's never been a more exciting time to join Deel — the international payroll and compliance market leader.The PositionAs our SDR, you'll be playing a crucial role in breaking into new accounts and fostering relationships with multiple contacts within all levels of our target customer segments.
You understand the impact you'll create on the bottom line, playing one of the most vital roles in the company.
The day-to-day role includes collaboration with the broader sales team, market research to identify new potential customers and leads, and qualification of these leads by learning about their approach to onboarding.DutiesGenerate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including email, phone, and social media outreachIdentify and qualify prospective clients by understanding their needs and challengesSchedule product demonstrations for qualified prospects with Account ExecutivesCollaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategiesConsistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generationMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM systemParticipate in regular sales training and professional development opportunitiesRequirementsBased in Australia1 year plus experience as an outbound SDR selling HR tech productsPrior experience with ANZ as well as the APAC regionComfortable with cold callingYou have an entrepreneurial spirit/experience with a strong growth mindsetYou have a way with words and can write email copy and sequence campaigns that convertYou are adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environmentYou are an active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflowsWe'd especially love to speak with you if:You have worked for an HR or Fintech companyYou've worked at a fast-growing startupYou have previously successfully worked in a remote & distributed teamTotal RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
