If you're a good fit for this role and live in Brisbane, we'd love you to apply.As part of our commitment to provide career development opportunities to our team members, we are excited to inform you that we have multiple permanent opportunities available.As a Team Leader within Member Operations, your responsibilities may include:Operational management through use of workforce management tools and methodology;Leads and supports team members to achieve milestones and deliverables whilst managing and monitoring their performance;Manage the day-to-day execution of performance standards. Ensure that expectations for team are known, plans to achieve are in place and results for team are met. Report on actual results achieved versus target and analysis / commentary of variance against target.Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved. Resolve escalated customer complaints and identify any systemic issues that impede customer satisfaction.Ensure projects outcomes are implemented and adopted within team - provide guidance to specialists working on projects, participate in Operations change frameworks.Promote an environment where Continuous Improvements are identified. Contribute to identification of Continuous Improvement initiatives and ensure initiatives are adopted within the team;Accountable for the day-to-day people aspects which include conducting monthly 1on1's, half yearly and annual performance reviews, leave management, training (skills matrix – staff development), cross skilling to remove single points of dependency (succession planning) and recruitment as required;Assists in devising and implementing business and operational plans within the context of a continuous improvement management philosophy;Clarifies issues with stakeholders, reconciles differences in viewpoints, resolves difficult issues through the use of influencing and persuasive skills and maintains positive client relations.If you wish to express interest in this role, please apply with a resume and cover letter (two pages maximum) that addresses the following questions:What appeals to you about this role?What experience, knowledge and attributes do you bring that makes you the best person for this role?Please reach out to Greg Gear if you have any further questions.Apply online nowEveryone is welcome to apply.
