Customer Service Manager

My client is a global medical technology company with many successful facets to their business.
They have a well-established brand with multiple product lines that need continuous support.
A large component of this role will be Customer Service Management starting with the team itself.
There are 10 permanent employees and a few ad-hoc contractors.
Therefore, leadership of the team and strategy to meet company function deliverables are key.
This reporting line is straight into the Head of Supply Chain for ANZ and is a replacement role.
Given the breadth of the business and the positively changing state of the affiliate, it is paramount that you will be someone who loves and thrives in fast-paced and transformative working environments.
Key Responsibilities: Provide resolution for all customer issues with the team.
Build and maintain relationships with all customers, both internal and external.
Take part in and drive continuous improvement of service levels.
Consistent and regular reporting to key stakeholders on team performance against KPI.
Ensure reporting provided is relevant, reliable, and timely.
Manage the team to receive, process, and fill customer orders to meet targets.
Develop training materials and train all relevant stakeholders.
New employee orientation and sales training as required.
Monthly reporting to management on key focus areas.
Inventory management.
The role will have flexibility on a daily basis; however, the job will need to be executed mostly on-site, especially during probation.
