Guided by the rule, "if it's worth brewing; it's worth brewing well," our Ginger Beer is still craft-brewed in the Australian town that shares its name to a traditional recipe, using locally sourced ginger.We proudly export to over sixty (60) countries with representation in New Zealand, United States and the Netherlands. In 2022, we were recognised as the Queensland State Exporter of the Year in recognition of our continued international success.We have an exciting full-time position that can be based in either Brisbane or Bundaberg for an Account Executive for our APAC region. The role is to support achievement of sales revenue, volume, distribution, product ranging, pricing and profit targets in the Asia and Pacific Region.Responsibilities of the Role:Planning, implementing, and managing business plans for select customers, as well as supporting the execution of our focus markets business plans.Lead and work closely with customers and other business functions (Planning, Marketing, Supply, Quality) to complete tasks associated with the development and continuity of business in the region.Complete and deliver cyclical Integrated Business Planning obligations and reporting.Work with line manager and other business functions to develop suitable product and business transformation initiatives to grow revenue and improve efficiencies.Undertake some financial functions including accruals, claims and credit limits.Partnering with Insights team on analysis of In-Market-Sales.Collation and Dissemination of Sales Reporting, Dashboards, Presentations, and other reporting requirements.Key Skill Requirements and Experiences:Degree in business related field preferred.Experience operating in a Sales, Marketing, Business Development or Commercial Finance environment.FMCG experience / exposure to international business preferred however not essential.Second language highly regarded (Chinese or Korean)Advanced MS Office suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Highly organized with the ability to multitask.Excellent written and oral communication skills with demonstrated Relationship Management competencies.Ability to work independently and take initiative as well as part of a team.Problem solving and trouble shooting skills.Business acumen and analytical skills.Negotiation and persuasive ability.Comfortable working in a fast paced, everchanging environment.As part of the recruitment process, you will be required to undertake Pre-Employment testing including medical and Drug and Alcohol screening and a criminal record check.Bundaberg Brewed Drinks is an Equal Opportunity Employer.*Due to the high number of applications only those with suitable skills and experience will move forward to our next stage in recruitment.
