Account Manager (Melbourne)We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Melbourne.
You will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing our client relationships across Australia and the wider APAC region, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.About SupySupy is an all-in-one inventory management platform designed for restaurants to optimise their back-of-house operations.
Our suite of connected modules enables data-driven decision-making to control costs and increase profits.
With accurate, flexible, and easy-to-use products, we help over 2000 leading hospitality businesses globally, including Michelin star & 'Chef's Hat' restaurants and 100+ location QSR chains.
If you need to reduce costs and increase profits, you need SupyKey ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with newly onboarded and existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and issues, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.Develop and execute account management strategies to retain customers, increase product adoption, and drive revenue growth.Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their success using Supy and highlight opportunities for improving their operations through our platform.Collaborate with the Country Manager and Sales team to identify growth opportunities within your accounts.Monitor industry trends and client feedback to continuously improve customer experience and recommend new product features.Provide regular reports and updates on account performance and growth opportunities to the Country Manager.Visit clients on-siteYou will be a great fit if you have• Experience in hospo tech, inventory management, POS and/or F&B industry knowledge.• Proven track record in account management, customer success, or similar roles.• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.• A customer-centric mindset with a focus on long-term customer success.• A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach.• Familiarity with HubSpot and G Suite.What we offer• Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.• Opportunities for career growth and development.• A dynamic and supportive work environment.• The chance to be part of a growing company with a mission to revolutionise hospitality back of house.How to applyIf you're passionate about account management, have a strong customer relationship skill set, and are eager to join a fast-paced, innovative company, we want to hear from you
