Our Victorian team focus on being experts in the residential and commercial building markets and work closely with authorised distributors to build our brand and product network in VIC.
This full-time position involves working between our head office in Epping, on-road with customers & in our retail stores.

RESPONSIBILITIES Ability to multitask, prioritise and maintain results while travelling and setting call plansIdentify and secure new customers through market analysis and prospectingDeveloping Stratco authorised distributor networksEnsure monthly targets are met through new and existing customersCustomer centric approach through consultative relationshipsPreparation of project quotes and sales proposalsProviding sales training and development to other team membersStrict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environmentABOUT YOU Desirable – experience in business to business salesDesirable – experience working in building or manufacturing industryPassionate about creating brand loyalty and building customer relationshipsReliable, highly organised, autonomous & able to multitaskWhilst experience is great, it'll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apartWillingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and paceIf you're ready to take the next step in your sales career and make an impact in the building industry, we'd love to hear from you
