We pride ourselves on delivering unforgettable culinary experiences, where innovation and quality are at the forefront.
Role Overview As our pastry chef, you'll be responsible for crafting exquisite desserts, pastries, and baked goods that complement our modern Mediterranean menu.
This is a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities Design and execute a creative, Mediterranean-inspired dessert menu.Prepare, bake, and present high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts.Manage inventory and order supplies for the pastry section.Ensure the kitchen meets food safety and hygiene standards.Collaborate with the head chef and kitchen team to deliver a cohesive dining experience.What We're Looking For Proven experience as a pastry chef in a professional kitchen.Creativity and a passion for Mediterranean flavours.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.What We Offer A dynamic and supportive team environment.Opportunity to shape the dessert menu of a brand-new restaurant.Competitive salary and benefits.A chance to grow with a fresh and exciting brand.How to Apply If you're ready to bring your creativity and skills to Avalon, we'd love to hear from you
