Your work with PropertyMe will directly impact millions of Australian real estate professionals, tenants, and property owners every day.This is a hybrid role based in Sydney.
Applications will only be considered from candidates currently residing in the area.As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth, building relationships, and positioning PropertyMe as the go-to solution for real estate agencies in your territory.
You'll act as a trusted advisor, leveraging your expertise to provide valuable insights and solutions to our clients.What You'll DoAchieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement.Qualify leads and uncover customer needs with tailored solutions.Identify new business opportunities through daily prospecting.Conduct compelling product demonstrations and value-driven conversations.Build and maintain relationships with industry bodies, partners, and providers.Represent PropertyMe at industry events.Report weekly on sales activities and maintain a high-quality Salesforce pipeline.Gather customer feedback for product improvement and report on legislative changes in your region.What You'll BringProven track record of achieving sales success and exceeding targets.Strong ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.Excellent autonomy and decision-making skills.Experience providing feedback that drives strategic initiatives.Commitment to compliance and adherence to sales processes.Passion for technology, SaaS, and PropTech sales.Minimum 3 years' experience in technology sales or property management.Background in SaaS sales, PropTech, or selling into the real estate industry is highly regarded.Willingness to travel as required.Perks and BenefitsBe part of a nurturing, empowering team that fosters growth.Exciting career development opportunities in a growing business.High autonomy and recognition in your role.A vibrant, collaborative culture with regular milestone celebrations.Job security in one of Australia's leading PropTech companies.We're building something special at PropertyMe and would love for you to be part of itApply now or connect with our People & Culture team on LinkedIn—we're always happy to chat.
