What You'll Be Doing:
Executing Strategy, Driving Growth: Bring our marketing strategy to life and scale our brand nationally through digital ads, email campaigns, and bold content initiatives.
Data-Driven Campaigns: Optimise our Cost Per Lead (CPL) and increase qualified leads through innovative, measurable campaigns.
Lead Generation & Nurture: Drive tutor recruitment and client acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms, crafting emails, ads, and content that resonate.
Brand Leadership: Own our brand's voice and expand its influence, ensuring we stay front-of-mind for students, parents, and schools.
Performance Tracking: Use your analytical edge to track what's working (and what's not) and make sharp decisions to improve CAC and drive more ROI.
What You'll Need:
8+ years in digital marketing, with proven experience executing campaigns that deliver results (especially CPL reduction).
Expertise in paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and CRM management.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email automation tools.
A love for data, insights, and optimisation—you don't just set it and forget it.
Strong copywriting and communication skills to create powerful, persuasive messaging.
Bonus: Graphic design chops (Canva, Adobe Suite) to whip up on-brand assets when needed.
