We're expanding—and we want someone with a can-do attitude who's ready to get involved early, help us build this new division from the ground up, and reap the rewards as the business grows.
Your Role:
As a vital part of our new telemarketing division, you'll be responsible for the set up, the process, the fine tuning, engaging potential customers, building meaningful connections, and delivering solutions that make a real difference to the company.
You'll work closely with the General Managers and Founder to launch this campaign effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our innovative services Bring a can-do attitude and be ready to dive into the challenge of helping establish this new division Build relationships and understand customer needs, offering tailored solutions Work with our sales division to build a referral campaign Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets with enthusiasm and determination Collaborate closely with the team to optimise processes and contribute to the division's success Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our CRM system Grow with the company and be rewarded for getting involved early in this exciting venture What You Need to Succeed:
A strong desire to grow with the company and be part of something from the start A passion for sales and an entrepreneurial spirit Confidence in cold calling and the ability to handle objections professionally Strong communication skills with a focus on building relationships Resilience, self-motivation, and the drive to meet and exceed targets Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a high-energy team Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is a bonus—but we're more interested in your attitude and willingness to learn
