Our core values of "Strategic Problem Solving", "Growth Mindset" and "Relentless" drive our behaviour and our passion.We're focused on revolutionising the insurance claims industry by reducing stress for our customers and providing our staff with cutting-edge technology, AI, and automation to help you achieve your own goals.We're expanding—and we want someone with a can-do attitude who's ready to get involved early, help us build this new division from the ground up, and reap the rewards as the business grows.Your Role:As a vital part of our new telemarketing division, you'll be responsible for the set up, the process, the fine tuning, engaging potential customers, building meaningful connections, and delivering solutions that make a real difference to the company. You'll work closely with the General Managers and Founder to launch this campaign effectively.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our innovative servicesBring a can-do attitude and be ready to dive into the challenge of helping establish this new divisionBuild relationships and understand customer needs, offering tailored solutionsWork with our sales division to build a referral campaignAchieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets with enthusiasm and determinationCollaborate closely with the team to optimise processes and contribute to the division's successMaintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our CRM systemGrow with the company and be rewarded for getting involved early in this exciting ventureIn 2-4 years, you'll look back on this moment as the one moment where you took action to be part of something truly life-changing.
