Objectives of this Role Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs and inquiries.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing success.
Maintain accurate client records and track interactions using Zoho CRM.
Collaborate with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and internal teams to design strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
Ensure achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
Master our cutting-edge financial products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.

Responsibilities Respond to merchant inquiries and fulfill their needs.
Actively manage client accounts, prioritizing to achieve optimal outcomes.
Hold regular meetings with team members to evaluate progress and explore new opportunities for improvement.
Create and share detailed progress and sales reports with clients and leadership.
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and referral opportunities to maximize value for clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience in sales or customer service, with a focus on financial products.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple client needs simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications Proven success in selling financial products and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to manage diverse merchant partnerships and personalities.
Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar customer relationship management tools.
