La unidad de negocio de energía se creó con el objetivo de promover la transición a una economía más sostenible y limpia.

El puesto reportará al Director de Soluciones Energéticas en Australia, quien está formando un equipo para entregar los planes de crecimiento en el país.
MisiónEl Operations & Delivery Manager desempeñará un papel fundamental en la implementación exitosa del plan de negocios EPC Energy de Ferrovial en Australia.
Este rol es crucial para navegar los planes de crecimiento en el mercado australiano, particularmente en la obtención de un contrato de transmisión y/o generación renovable para 2025.
El puesto tiene como objetivo mejorar el conocimiento del mercado local y apoyar las futuras etapas de desarrollo de contratos EPC en Australia.
FuncionesProject Management: Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle from tender to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.Construction Leadership: Lead and manage large construction teams, driving the execution of project delivery strategies to ensure successful completion.Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to facilitate seamless project execution and address any challenges that arise.Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and coordination across all project phases.Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with local regulations and Ferrovial's standards for safety and quality.Reporting: Provide regular updates to Managing Direction of Ferrovial Energy in Australia, on project progress, risks, and opportunities.RequirementsEducation: A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Certifications: Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) and safety (e.g., OSHA) are highly desirable.Experience: Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects, particularly in the energy sector.Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of EPC contracts and the Australian market, with a focus on Transmission and Renewable Generation.Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate diverse teams to achieve project goals.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of addressing complex project challenges.Flexibility: Willingness to travel and adapt to the dynamic needs of the project and the business.Do you want to know more about us?Click on the following link to learn more about us.
