Assistant Business Manager - Sales and Product Development About Us:
Our company is a growing company in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
We source, develop, and sell innovative products to top retailers, and our expanding portfolio of brands continues to gain traction in multiple markets.
As we experience rapid growth, we are looking for a motivated Assistant Business Manager to join our team and play a key role in supporting our ambitious goals.

About the role:
You will be reporting directly to the Business Manager.
The successful candidate will work together with the Business Manager and owner/director in managing the accounts of our retail customers and in the development of new product ranges.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key buyers from various retailers, supporting account-specific business plans to drive growth.
Collaborate on the planning and execution of category review strategies across multiple product lines.
Participate in the strategic development of marketing plans for all brands, coordinating PR and marketing activities to maximize brand visibility.
Assist in managing profit and loss (P/L) responsibilities across product lines, supporting financial objectives.
Support the development of new products and brands, leveraging market insights and trends to ensure our offerings remain competitive and innovative.
Prepare and participate in sales presentations and briefs for retail customers and collaborate with third-party service providers, such as graphic designers, to ensure all materials align with brand standards.
Qualifications:
Strong FMCG experience.
Minimum 3 years of similar experience.
Proven experience in building successful business relationships.
Strong commercial and sales acumen.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
Fantastic interpersonal and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on some occasions.
