Customer Service Officer- Specialist ClinicsJob posted: 21/11/2024Organisation: The Royal Children's HospitalOccupation: Health and Allied HealthReference: 12586About the Role:These full and part time positions within the Specialist Clinics department/ward are front line customer service positions involving a high level of interaction with patients and their families. You will also be responsible for a broad range of administrative duties including the scheduling of appointments.What you'll achieve:Excellence in customer service.Knowledge of Specialist Clinics booking practices.Skills in the use of our electronic medical record.Classification for this position ranges from A010- A012 (Full time base salary $58,442 to $63,996 per annum, plus superannuation).Your skills and experience:Previous work in a busy front line customer service-based role.Demonstrated experience in multiple computer applications.Ability to communicate in multiple languages or AUSLAN (Australian sign language).Other requirements:Current National Criminal Record Check, or willing to obtain.Valid Working with Children Check.Application process:To apply, you will need a resume and a tailored cover letter outlining your skills, experience, and suitability for the position in line with the requirements of the position description.
