Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer support to ensure a positive experience with our products and services.
Bullion Now is a leading retailer within the precious metal industry, dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to our customers.
Our rapidly growing business is looking for superstar customer communications specialists to help us accommodate the many customers who want to talk to us
The job entails interacting with customers via phones, emails, and live chat.
The right candidate will be efficient, able to multitask, and work as part of a team.
This role is essential for ensuring our customers receive clear, timely, and accurate information regarding our products and services.
You will be the voice of our company, helping to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients.
You don't need to sell, just help customers decide what best suits them.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally.Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and troubleshooting.Respond to customer inquiries and matters efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.Maintain accurate customer records in our system.Work with other departments to address customer needs and feedback.Stay informed about product updates, services, and promotions to productively assist customers.Desired Skills: Experience in a customer service role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.Efficiency with computers and basic office processes.About you: Ability to work as a part of a team and also independently.Flexibility with interdepartmental assistance.Honesty and integrity.Self-awareness and the want to learn and grow as a part of the Bullion Now family.Application Process: Interested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter ****** with the subject line "Customer Service Specialist Application."
