| Includes 17% Superannuation & Leave Western's Hawkesbury Campus About the Student Services Hub The Student Services Hub is a complex, multi-channel environment which represents the key contact points for prospective student, current students, staff and external members of the university community and as such, are pivotal in advancing the brand and reputation of the University.
About the Opportunity We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our Student Services Hub team as a Team Leader within the Future Students team.
This part-time position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by leading and supporting a dedicated team of casual staff at the Hawkesbury Future Students Call Centre.
As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and developing the Futures team, ensuring exceptional customer service and fostering a high-performance culture.
Your leadership will be key in enhancing team productivity, monitoring performance, and providing the support necessary to help team members succeed.
This is a part-time (0.4FTE | 14 hours per week), fixed-term job share position until 31 October 2025, with set working days of Thursday and Friday each week.
Please note, alternative working days are not available.
This position based at Western's Hawkesbury campus although travel to other campuses of the University may be required.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 7 $48,422 to $52,228 p.a.
(comprising Salary of $40,917 to $44,134 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading) Please note the above salary is pro-rata based on 0.4 FTE.
