| Includes 17% Superannuation & Leave Based at Western's Hawkesbury Campus NSW WWCC Required About the Office of Student Success The Office of Student Success will work collaboratively with First Peoples, regional, national and international communities, peer universities, other tertiary education providers, and industry partners to leverage existing innovations and programs across the University and within our communities.
This includes but is not limited to Western's Alpha Platform, The Academy, Western Sydney Creative, True Reward, Widening Participation, Philanthropy and Community Engagement.
About the Opportunity An exciting opportunity exists within the Office of Student Success for a Future Student Engagement Project Support Officer to join the team.
The Future Student Engagement Project Support Officer is responsible for the promotion and engagement of prospective students, through a range of engagement and recruitment initiatives.
The role supports the creation and delivery of high school engagement programs, while also supporting operations that deliver pathway programs and engagement event initiatives for the University.
The Future Student Engagement Project Support Officer is primarily responsible for formulating and nurturing relationships with Primary and High Schools (especially in the Greater Western Sydney catchment), assisting in creating and delivering an established outreach programme within those Schools, participating in events and leveraging from established University channels and resources to initiate and create communication with prospective students and core education sector stakeholders.
This is a full-time, ongoing position based at Western's Hawkesbury Campus, although travel to other campuses of the University may be required.
